Before the Expo
You say what you are after, we bring back the meetings that fit it, and you keep the ones worth a place in your day. Accepted meetings land in both diaries ahead of the event.
The Waste & Resource Recovery Expo adds pre-booked 1-to-1 meetings, inside a full trade floor. You say what you are after, we bring back the meetings that fit it, and you keep the ones worth a place in your day. Operators, councils, engineers, consultants and MRFs across NSW, matched to the suppliers who sell what they are sourcing.

You say what you are after, we bring back the meetings that fit it, and you keep the ones worth a place in your day. Accepted meetings land in both diaries ahead of the event.
A booked meeting gives you the conversation you came for, and walking the floor turns up plant and suppliers you did not know to look for. Both run across both days, and you decide how much of your time goes to each.
Both sides leave with contact details. Networking continues afterwards on the connexU app.
Buyers and exhibitors run the same six steps, from opposite ends.
Step 1 of 6
Register as a trade visitor, or take a stand as an exhibitor. Either way, tailored matchmaking questions ask what you buy or sell, and that is what the matching runs on.
Step 2 of 6
Buyers name the job in front of them: a contract renewal, a kerbside collection change, a FOGO rollout. Exhibitors name the buyers they want to sit down with.
Step 3 of 6
We put the two lists side by side and propose the meetings both sides have a reason to take, matched on the work rather than on job titles.
Step 4 of 6
Every proposed meeting comes to you first, with who it is with and why we put it forward. Decline the ones that do not fit.
Step 5 of 6
Accepted meetings are timetabled around the rest of your day and land in both diaries ahead of the event.
Step 6 of 6
You take your meetings face-to-face at the times you agreed, with the rest of the exhibition around them, and both sides leave with contact details.
The point of the meeting
Every meeting on your list is one you chose, with a supplier who has already seen the job you described. The day out of the depot or the office comes back with a shortlist, drawn from 80+ exhibitors.
A qualified, senior audience, with 250+ public sector buyers among them. Named organisations in your diary before you pack the van, and a team that knows what each of them is working on.
A full trade exhibition around the meetings, with the plant on the expo floor and the people who sell it standing beside it.
